Spiritual Practice

For me, spiritual practice is the consistent process of committing energy and time to aligning with Essence. Traditional forms of spiritual practice include meditation, chanting, and praying. However, intentional dreaming and sculpting are also two of my favorite spiritual practices. Intention, receptivity, consistency, and the ability to be present with an open mind and an open heart are the touchstones of a spiritual practice.

AS YOU COMMIT MORE DEEPLY TO YOUR SPIRITUAL PRACTICE:

Expect to erupt with outbursts of unstoppable laughter at unexpected times.

Expect to be surprised, as your relationships are re-aligned with Divine right order.

Expect coincidences to become familiar events.

Expect to welcome friends from your distant past who show up for another dance.

Expect  to hear yourself speaking wisdom.

Expect intuition, the silent voice of spirit, to impact and guide you in all aspects of your life.

Expect to connect with the deeper meaning of the events of your life.

Expect to be called more deeply and more often by solitude and silence.

Expect time to speed up.

Expect to say “Yes” more often and “No” more clearly.

Expect your unique healing capacities to expand.

Expect to practice radical forgiveness.

Expect to relate to your body as a blessing.

Expect to discover  the infinite possibilities that reside in multidimensional truths.

Expect to move beyond ego motivations to embrace soul motivations.

Expect your dreams to be filled with revelations.

Expect your beliefs about what is possible to expand beyond your wildest imagination.

Expect your unique forms of creativity to expand into the the sacred dimension.

Expect to embody love, light,  and delight.

Expect to experience enormous joy in conspiring with Spirit.

Expect to become a magnet for others who are committed to conscious evolution of themselves and the planet.

Expect to receive attention, questions, and projections related to who you are becoming and how you are living in the world.

Expect your intentions to manifest faster than the speed of light.

Expect to feel the preciousness of life in each of your cells.

Expect to experience an enhanced sense of well-being.

Expect to attract new soul friends who share your frequency and support your expanded spiritual commitment.

Expect to create “giveaways” where you contribute your unique forms of soul service to your community and the world.

Expect to reside in a miracle consciousness.
